In My Bookings, open the trip and choose Contact us about this booking; your note goes straight to our team. If you booked as a guest, call (718) 865‑1227 or email info@bakitour.com with your booking number.
What you can change
Whether it is the time, the address or the vehicle, the more notice you give, the easier it is to arrange. A new flight number or a change of flight can be sent the same way, and we will update the tracking.
