How far in advance should we book wedding transportation?

As early as your date is fixed. Peak Saturdays are the first to fill, and booking early also gives your planner time to build the vehicle schedule into the day's timeline properly.

Do you coordinate with wedding planners?

Yes, as standard. We build the pickup order, staging, and buffers with your planner in advance so the transportation plan matches the run-of-show they manage on the day.

Can you shuttle guests between the ceremony and reception?

Yes. One or two Sprinters running a continuous loop move large guest lists between venues or hotels, with the final loop timed to the send-off.

How many vehicles does a wedding usually need?

Each Sprinter seats up to 14, so a bridal party typically travels in one vehicle while a guest shuttle adds one or two more depending on the list and distance. We will size it with you from the guest count.

What if the celebration runs long?

Wedding bookings can extend by the hour subject to availability, and the chauffeur confirms options before your scheduled end so the decision never interrupts the evening.

Do you provide child seats?

Yes, at no charge. Tell us each child's age and weight when you book so the right seat is fitted before the vehicle leaves for you.

Do you require a deposit?

A 25% deposit reserves the booking and the balance is charged automatically 24 hours before the event. Bookings made inside 72 hours of pickup are charged in full at the time of reservation.
