These terms govern your use of Baki Tour’s website and transportation services. By booking with us, you agree to them, so please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website, creating an account, signing in (including with Google), or booking services with Baki Tour (including bookings placed as a guest, without an account) (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Accounts and Sign-In
You may create an account and sign in without a password, either with a one-time code sent to your email or by signing in with your Google account.
- Google sign-in: when you choose “Continue with Google,” Google shares your name and email address with us to create or access your account, in accordance with Google’s own terms and privacy policy. Completing Google sign-in, where our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy are presented to you, constitutes your acceptance of them.
- Your account: you are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping access to your email and Google account secure.
- Accurate information: you agree to provide accurate contact and booking information and to keep it up to date.
3. Services
Baki Tour provides premium transportation services including:
- Airport transfers
- Point-to-point transportation
- Hourly charter services
- Special event transportation
4. Booking and Payment
- Deposit: A deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
- Balance: The remaining balance is charged 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time.
- Payment methods: We accept major credit and debit cards, processed securely through Stripe.
5. Cancellation Policy
- More than 48 hours’ notice: full refund
- 24–48 hours’ notice: 50% refund
- Less than 24 hours’ notice: no refund
- No-shows: no refund
6. Your Responsibilities
As a passenger, you agree to:
- Provide accurate booking information
- Be ready at the pickup location at the scheduled time
- Treat chauffeurs and vehicles with respect
- Not engage in illegal activities during transport
- Not smoke or consume alcohol in vehicles
- Pay for any damage caused to the vehicle
7. Wait Time and Additional Charges
- Airport pickups: 60 minutes of included wait time after the flight lands
- Other pickups: 15 minutes of included wait time
- Additional wait time: charged at $1 per minute after the grace period
- Route changes: may result in additional charges
8. Limitation of Liability
Baki Tour shall not be liable for:
- Delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control
- Lost or damaged personal items left in vehicles
- Consequential damages arising from service delays or cancellations
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Baki Tour harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
10. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, civil unrest, or government restrictions.
11. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
13. SMS and Text Message Communications
If you opt in to SMS updates, via the optional checkbox at account setup or the setting in your account profile, you consent to receive transactional text messages from Baki Tour about your reservations, including booking confirmations, trip reminders, chauffeur and vehicle details, and service updates. These are service messages, not marketing. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or of creating an account; see our SMS Terms for full program details.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time, or reply HELP for assistance. Opting out will not affect your ability to book, but you may miss time-sensitive trip updates. Account holders can also manage text preferences from their account profile. For bookings placed as a guest, your mobile number is used only to coordinate your trip.
