How far in advance should we book a Sprinter?

Same-day rides are often possible, but for airport transfers and events we recommend reserving 24 to 48 hours ahead. Weddings and peak dates should be booked as early as you can.

Are gratuity and tolls included?

Yes. You are quoted one all-inclusive price with tolls and gratuity already in it. The figure you approve before booking is the figure you pay, and there is nothing to add for the chauffeur at the end of the trip.

Can you pick up guests from more than one address?

Yes. Add each address as a stop when you book. With an hourly booking, stops anywhere along your route are simply part of the plan.

Where will our chauffeur meet us at the airport?

By default your chauffeur coordinates a curbside pickup once the group reaches arrivals. An in-terminal meet-and-greet with a name board at baggage claim is available on request.

Do you travel outside New York City?

Yes. Alongside all five boroughs and the JFK, LaGuardia and Newark airports, we drive groups across the wider tri-state, including the Hamptons and the Hudson Valley.

Do you provide car seats for children?

Yes, at no extra charge. Let us know the ages when you book so the right seats are fitted before pickup.

Our largest passenger Sprinter seats fourteen in leather seating, with room for a checked suitcase per guest. It is the van for occasions when the whole party should arrive together: a family flying in for a wedding, a team heading to an offsite, or a group of friends on their way to a game.

The cabin is set up for the longer journeys groups tend to take, with an entertainment system, WiFi, USB charging and climate control throughout. Your chauffeur looks after the luggage, the route and the parking, so the group can simply enjoy the ride.

The 11-passenger Sprinter

The 11-passenger Sprinter offers the same leather seating and chauffeured service in a slightly more compact van, made for groups of up to eleven. It is a natural fit for a corporate team travelling between meetings, a family airport run, or a night out where everyone shares the ride home.

Each guest has room for a checked suitcase, and the cabin has WiFi, USB charging and climate control. Booked by the hour, it makes an easy base for a day of client visits or a roadshow, with your chauffeur waiting nearby between stops.

Every Sprinter comes with a chauffeur

Every Sprinter van rental with Baki Tour includes a professional chauffeur. They arrive ahead of time, load the luggage, know the route and handle the parking, so no one in your group has to drive.

For airport pickups at JFK, LaGuardia and Newark, we track your flight and include an hour of waiting after you land. An extra stop near your pickup or drop-off is included, as are the first 15 minutes beyond an hourly booking. Plans can change after you book, and cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pickup.

Groups of 12 to 14 travel together in the 14-passenger Sprinter. For 11 or fewer, either van fits.

For large suitcases, golf bags or strollers, the 14-passenger gives you the extra room.
