What is a Sprinter limo?

A Mercedes Sprinter van finished to limousine standard: executive seating for up to 14 passengers, climate control, and genuine luggage capacity. It is our signature vehicle for groups.

Can I book a limo by the hour?

Yes. Hourly limousine service keeps the vehicle and chauffeur with your group, with unlimited stops and a schedule that flexes as the day develops. Most vehicles start at a three-hour minimum.

Do you run airport limo service?

Yes, to and from JFK, LaGuardia, and Newark: flight-tracked, met at baggage claim with a name board, with a full hour of wait included on arrivals.

How big a group can a limo service carry?

Up to 14 passengers per Sprinter limo, with luggage room to match. Larger parties run on multiple coordinated vehicles with one pickup plan.

How does payment work, and when am I charged?

We take all major cards and Apple Pay. Booked within 72 hours of pickup, the fare is charged in full; otherwise a 25% deposit holds the reservation and the balance is charged automatically 24 hours before the trip. Gratuity is already included.

Is gratuity included?

Yes. Gratuity is included in the fare you approve, so there is nothing further to add for the chauffeur.

What is your cancellation policy?

Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup. Inside that window, contact us and we will do our best to work with the situation.

The airport limo is where the standard shows most: every JFK, LaGuardia, and Newark pickup is flight-tracked from wheels-up, met inside at baggage claim with a name board, and backed by a full hour of included wait. The price you approve includes the tolls and the meet-and-greet.

Departures run backwards from your check-in cutoff, with the buffer sized to the day's traffic. We cover every airport terminal by terminal.
