If you sign in with Google, Google provides your name, email address, and basic profile information (such as your profile picture) to create and access your account. We receive this from Google in accordance with your Google account settings and Google’s privacy policy; we do not receive your Google password.
- Contact information: name, email address, phone number
- Trip details: pickup and drop-off locations, date and time preferences
- Payment information: card details, processed securely by Stripe (we never store full card numbers)
- Device information: IP address and browser/device type, used for security and fraud prevention
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Create and authenticate your account, including passwordless email codes and Google sign-in
- Process and fulfill your transportation bookings
- Communicate with you about your reservations
- Process payments securely and send confirmations and receipts
- Maintain the security of our services
- Improve our services
- With your consent, send promotional offers
3. Information Sharing
We do not currently sell your personal information. We may share information with:
- Service providers: payment processing (Stripe) and email delivery
- Chauffeurs: only the limited details needed for your trip

If you provide your mobile number and opt in, we send transactional text messages related to your bookings: booking confirmations, trip reminders, chauffeur assignment updates, pickup details, trip changes, and customer-support replies (sign-in verification codes are sent through our verification provider). Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of purchase, and message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. We do not share your mobile opt-in information or SMS consent with any third parties, and we never sell or share your phone number for third-party marketing. Your number is used only to deliver messages and service related to your booking; it is shared solely with our SMS provider (Twilio) to send those messages and, where relevant, with your assigned chauffeur to complete your trip.
