Is there a minimum booking time?

Yes. Most vehicles carry a three-hour minimum, and select executive vehicles start at four hours. After that you book by the hour with unlimited stops along the way.

Can the vehicle make multiple stops?

Yes. Hourly service includes unlimited stops, so you can build an itinerary across the city and adjust it as the day develops.

What is hourly service best for?

Roadshows, real-estate tours, meetings, shopping or dining itineraries, productions, and group days that require one vehicle to stay close by.

What counts toward my hours?

The clock runs from your first pickup to your final drop-off. Waiting between stops is included, with no per-stop charges, so the vehicle is simply yours for the block of time you book.

Where can hourly service travel?

Anywhere your day goes: Manhattan, the five boroughs, and the wider tri-state, including airport stops as part of the itinerary.

How is hourly service priced?

By the vehicle's hourly rate times the hours you book, quoted live before you confirm with all fees included. Minimums start at three hours on most vehicles.

Can an hourly booking start with an airport pickup?

Yes. Many charters begin at JFK, LaGuardia, or Newark and roll straight into a day of meetings or events, with flight tracking on the first pickup.

BY THE HOUR

One vehicle, one chauffeur, your whole day.

Keep the car with you instead of booking ride after ride. Your chauffeur stages nearby between stops, the schedule flexes as the day develops, and your group moves on one plan from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Book this service

Hourly chauffeur and limo service that follows your schedule

Some days do not fit a point-to-point booking: executive roadshows, property tours, client dinners that run long, a production moving between locations. Hourly charter keeps a Sprinter and chauffeur dedicated to your group, so a changed plan is a sentence to your chauffeur instead of a new reservation.

Add stops, reorder them, or extend the day as it unfolds. The itinerary belongs to you; we just keep it moving.

Built for days that will not sit still

Most hourly bookings start with a three-hour minimum (select executive vehicles start at four) and include the waiting time between stops, so the meter never becomes something you manage. Dispatch stays reachable around the clock for extensions and route changes.

It is the same premium vehicle and chauffeur standard as every Baki Tour service: leather seating, WiFi, USB charging, and climate control, with room for up to 14 people to work, talk, or unwind between stops.

What counts toward your hours

Hourly service is simple to reason about: the clock starts at your first pickup and ends at the final drop-off, and everything in between is yours. Waiting outside a meeting, idling near the restaurant, circling back for a forgotten coat, it is all the same reservation, with no per-stop charges and no renegotiating mid-day.

If the day runs long, you extend by the hour rather than starting over, subject to the vehicle's next commitment, and your chauffeur will always tell you honestly what is possible before you decide. The quote you approve is calculated live from the vehicle and hours, all fees included.

When hourly beats booking rides one by one

Any day with three or more stops is usually an hourly day. Executive roadshows, property tours, hospital visits with family, gallery evenings, prom photos across two boroughs, a shopping run to Woodbury Common: the pattern is the same, a schedule that will not survive contact with ride-share wait times.

With a chartered Sprinter the vehicle is already outside when plans move, the luggage and coats stay on board between stops, and a group of up to 14 moves as one unit instead of a group chat full of ETAs. For predictable days it is also the predictable cost: one quoted figure instead of a dozen surge-priced receipts.

What riders say

In their words.

Trusted by groups across New York, from airport arrivals to full-day charters

From the moment I called, I decided to book immediately due to the professionalism I received over the phone. They were very accommodating with special pickup and drop off requests. In addition, the driver was the sweetest and most pleasant gentleman, and we were lucky enough to have him on both legs of our airport transfer journey. He lugged our heavy suitcases on and off the van like a body builder! Helped us on and off the van, opened doors and made us feel truly special. I would recommend highly.

Our recent trip to New York was made all the more enjoyable thanks to the Sprinter van service we hired. From the moment we were picked up, the driver was courteous and professional. He went above and beyond to assist us with our bags and ensured we arrived at our destination both safely and right on time. His warm attitude and careful attention to every detail turned out to be relaxed and hassle-free experience. If you are in need of dependable transportation anywhere in the city, I highly recommend this company.
