We send your chauffeur’s details 24 hours before pickup, and a reminder follows on the day of your ride. If you book 24 hours or less before pickup, the details follow as soon as your chauffeur is confirmed, always before pickup.
Email reminders follow 2 hours before pickup, and 24 hours before when you book further ahead, with a text message too if you have agreed to receive them.
