What if my balance payment does not go through?

Your ride stays scheduled. We email you a secure link to complete the payment before pickup, and you can use any card.

The email is titled Action needed: complete your balance payment, followed by your booking number. If you would rather settle it by phone, call us at (718) 865‑1227.
