If your flight is cancelled, diverted to another airport or moved to the next day, call us at (718) 865‑1227 as soon as you know. A new airline booking does not update your car reservation on its own, and we will move your pickup to the new flight whenever a vehicle is free.
Your pickup moves with your flight at no charge. We track it from departure and time your chauffeur’s arrival to your actual landing. The included hour of waiting begins once you land; only waiting beyond that hour is billed.
