How the hour is measured
The hour is measured from your actual landing time, taken from your flight’s tracking, so a delay before landing never counts against it.
International arrivals
International arrivals at JFK and Newark can take longer through passport control. If you expect a long wait, call us when you land, and we will keep your chauffeur in place.
