The meet-and-greet is included with every commercial airport pickup at JFK, LaGuardia, Newark, Westchester and Islip. Private flights are met at your FBO instead. → What happens if my flight is delayed or early? Your pickup moves with your flight at no charge. We track it from departure and time your chauffeur’s arrival to your actual landing. The included hour of waiting begins once you land; only waiting beyond that hour is billed. → How long will my chauffeur wait at the airport? One hour from the moment your flight lands is included. If you are still inside when the hour is up, call us at (718) 865‑1227: your chauffeur can keep waiting, and the additional time is billed after the ride. → What if I can’t find my chauffeur? Call us at (718) 865‑1227 and stay where you are, at baggage claim or just beyond the customs exit, with your phone on. We will reach your chauffeur and bring you together. → Do you meet private flights? Yes, at Teterboro and Westchester. Your chauffeur waits at your FBO, and where the operator permits it, the car can meet the aircraft. →
