What can I expect from a Baki Tour ride? Your chauffeur arrives ahead of your scheduled pickup, helps with your luggage, and takes care of the route and parking. Our team is on hand around the clock should your plans change. → One way, round trip or by the hour? Book one way for a single journey, a round trip when the return is already set, and by the hour when the day may change and you would like the car to stay with you. → How far ahead can I book? Reserve as little as 3 hours before pickup or up to 90 days ahead. For weddings, events and holiday weekends, we recommend booking as early as your plans allow. → Which vehicle is right for my group? Choose by the number of guests and bags in your party. The booking form shows each vehicle’s seating and luggage space, and if you are between sizes, the larger vehicle is the comfortable choice. → What if our group needs more than one vehicle? Our Sprinters seat up to 14 guests. For larger parties, we coordinate several vehicles to travel together; call or email us and we will plan it with you. → How do I book an airport pickup? Choose the airport as your pickup, enter the time your flight is scheduled to land, and add the flight number. We follow the flight from departure and time the pickup to when you actually land. → Can I book a ride for someone else? Yes. Book in your own name, then add the traveler’s name and the best number to reach them in Notes for your chauffeur at checkout. Your chauffeur will look after them from pickup to drop‑off. → What can I include in notes for my chauffeur? Anything that helps the day run smoothly: child seat ages, a gate or building code, accessibility needs, a second contact on the day, or a special occasion worth knowing about. → Is there a minimum for hourly bookings? Hourly bookings start at 3 to 4 hours, depending on the vehicle, and from there you book by the hour. →
